Warranty policy
At Nolynails, we place great importance on the quality of our products and on customer satisfaction. This warranty is intended to protect our customers against manufacturing defects, order errors and anomalies that affect the normal operation of a product.
1. Warranty duration
The warranty is valid for a period of 30 days from the date the order is received.
Any request made outside this period cannot be processed.
2. Products covered by the warranty
This warranty covers, among others:
- Products received damaged.
- Products with manufacturing defects.
- Products that do not work as described.
- Errors in the preparation or shipping of the order.
- Products received incomplete.
Depending on the case, Nolynails may offer a replacement, a refund or another solution it deems appropriate.
3. Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
- Damage resulting from improper use.
- Failure to follow the usage recommendations.
- Damage caused by incorrect use, modification of the product or inadequate storage.
- Variable results between users.
- The customer's personal preferences or subjective expectations.
- Damage caused after receipt of the product.
- Minor differences in appearance, color, packaging or design that do not affect the product's main function.
The photographs, videos, illustrations and promotional materials on the website are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight differences may exist between the visual elements shown and the product received, provided that such differences do not affect the main function, quality or intended use of the product.
4. Verification of warranty requests
In order to ensure fair and transparent handling of each request, Nolynails reserves the right to request any item that allows the reported issue to be verified.
Depending on the nature of the claim, the following may be requested:
- Photographs of the package received.
- Photographs of the product packaging.
- Photographs or videos of the product before use.
- Photographs or videos during use or application.
- Photographs or videos of the result obtained after use.
- Any other evidence that allows the situation to be analyzed objectively.
The items sent must be clear enough to allow the request to be evaluated.
In the absence of sufficient evidence, Nolynails reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage.
Nolynails may request additional evidence when the items initially provided do not clearly determine the origin of the reported problem.
5. Compliance with usage recommendations
When a product is accompanied by usage recommendations or instructions, the customer may be invited to demonstrate that those recommendations have been followed.
The warranty cannot apply when the reported problem results directly or indirectly from failure to follow the instructions provided in:
- The website.
- The product page.
- The product packaging.
- The official documents or communications of Nolynails.
6. Special case of cosmetic and beauty products
Cosmetic, personal care and beauty products may produce different results for each user.
Results may vary depending on numerous factors, including:
- Skin type.
- Nail type.
- Daily habits.
- Application conditions.
- Compliance with the usage recommendations.
A difference in results between two users does not necessarily constitute a product defect and, on its own, does not justify the application of the warranty.
7. Special case of the Nolynails™ Marker Polish
To get the best results with the Nolynails™ Marker Polish, we recommend:
- Shaking the product well before each use.
- Applying it to clean, dry nails.
- Applying 2 to 3 thin coats depending on the desired intensity.
- Letting each coat dry properly.
- Using a base coat and a top coat to optimize wear and shine.
The wear and performance of the product may vary depending on nail type, daily activities, hand-washing frequency and application conditions.
Used without a base coat or top coat, the product generally offers an average wear of between 2 and 4 days.
With the application of a base coat before use and a top coat after complete drying, wear can reach up to 7-10 days, depending on usage conditions.
The applicator design may vary depending on the production batch without affecting its operation. Some batches may include an applicator with a flat brush instead of a fine tip, while maintaining the same application function.
These durations and characteristics are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an individual guarantee of results.
Any warranty request related to the performance, wear or result of the product may be subject to verification of compliance with the usage recommendations mentioned in this policy, on the product page or in any official Nolynails material.
Important additional information:
The standard Nolynails™ pack contains only 5 colored polishes. The Base Coat and Top Coat are sold separately.
For optimal color intensity, a more even finish and longer polish wear, we strongly recommend using a Base Coat before application and a Top Coat after complete drying.
Using the product without a Base Coat or Top Coat may result in shorter polish wear, reduced color intensity, lower resistance to daily wear and faster loss of shine. These situations do not constitute a manufacturing defect of the product.
Also, some products may be delivered with or without a label, depending on the production batch or the logistics center handling the order preparation. This difference does not in any way affect the quality, authenticity or operation of the product.
The colors shown on the website, promotional photographs and advertising materials are provided for illustrative purposes only. Due to lighting conditions, screen calibration, photographic processes and variations between production batches, slight differences may exist between the colors displayed online and the actual colors of the product received. These variations do not constitute a product defect or a valid reason for applying the warranty.
Regarding the different color variants of the Nolynails™ Marker Polish, slight shade variations may exist between the colors shown on the website and those of the product received. These differences may be due, among other factors, to lighting conditions, screen calibration, manufacturing processes, the raw materials used or normal variations between different production batches.
These slight variations do not affect the quality, performance or intended use of the product and do not constitute a manufacturing defect or a valid reason for applying the warranty.
8. Procedure to request the warranty
To make a warranty request, contact our customer service at the following address:
Your request must include:
- Your order number.
- The name of the affected product.
- A detailed description of the problem encountered.
- The photographs or videos needed to analyze the case.
Incomplete requests may require additional information before being processed.
9. Decision and coverage
After reviewing the file, Nolynails will determine whether the request meets the requirements to benefit from the warranty.
If accepted, Nolynails may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product free of charge.
- Proceed with a full or partial refund.
- Grant a store credit.
- Propose any other commercial solution it deems appropriate.
Acceptance of a warranty request is solely at Nolynails' discretion after analyzing the items provided by the customer.
